The jewellery piece itself is nice and it was a nice gift for my cousin sister however the shipping process was not smooth. I emphasised a few times that I need this urgently as a gift and wanted it by a specific date but this was not handled as quickly as I would have liked it to resulting in my delivery being late even though it was supposed to be tracked 48 via Royal Mail. It seems like the company does drop shipping or something similar as it was sent out Wednesday and I didn’t get it until Tuesday the following week. Other than that the jewellery itself is nice
