It's quite amazing how a piece of craft can stand out as something out of the ordinary, as something that is personal and defines a political uprising against oppression and injustice. It's defining a nation that defies to be defeated and lost. In this context the necklace is a beautiful reminder of never to give up on your dreams, hopes and faith for a better life. I love it.
