I was sent a damaged item. I contacted customer service with photos of the pendant and explained how the pendant was snagging on clothes and even skin. They told me to package it in it’s original packaging and send it back. I am sent a damaged item and i send proof and then i am expected to spend my time and effort to send it back. I am told to print the label, repackage everything and then drive to a ups/fedex to mail it back. Why do i need to put in so much work for their mistake of not having adequate quality control? This entire ordeal has been very disappointing. I have spent a few hundreds of dollars on items from Nimah in the past but will not be purchasing again.
